The UK has seen the launch of a further traditional search fund in the form of Continuation Partners.
Founded by Daniel Langley, Continuation Partners is seeking to acquire a B2B software or services business in the UK with strong recurring revenue in a growing industry.
Langley was previously a co-founder of FlowPayment, which the Continuation Partners website states he ‘exited’ in 2023.
Prior to FlowPayment, Langley studied at London School of Economics before spending time in investment banking and private equity at Goldman Sachs, Temasek and Portland Hill Capital.
